I like that Narcissa doesn't ask Harry and keeps the ambiguity of whether he's alive or not. So when he reveals himself, the betrayal of Narcissa is much more powerful, since they immediately fetch Draco and run away. Thing is, it's not explained why she does that exactly. Maybe they've worked it out in the film differently.
Damn those test-screeners and their absolute lack of proper detailed descriptions! :P
