Helen McCrory: Yates shot four different endings for the Malfoys

So, it's possible that the more ambiguous ending that was described in the test screening may not end up in the final film if Yates wants to test the reactions for each individual ending.

"It's quite strange, because we haven't seen the last film," said McCrory, who plays Narcissa Malfoy, mother of Draco (Tom Felton). "For instance, with Narcissa, we actually filmed four different endings and I filmed three different battles."

"I don't know which ones the three Davids are going to pick," she said, referring to director David Yates and producers David Heyman and David Baron. "We haven't final full stop onto that."

I guess they know what works better in the film and they'll choose the right ending. That scene where Cissy and Lucius find Draco and run away from the castle sounds a bit too coward for them (who are cowards, but not that much), but we can't really know what it looks in the film's context.

I like that Narcissa doesn't ask Harry and keeps the ambiguity of whether he's alive or not. So when he reveals himself, the betrayal of Narcissa is much more powerful, since they immediately fetch Draco and run away. Thing is, it's not explained why she does that exactly. Maybe they've worked it out in the film differently.
Damn those test-screeners and their absolute lack of proper detailed descriptions! :P
