We don't see blood or gore, but Nagini does slither out through her mouth and Harry and Nagini crash through a wall into the house next door.

Hermione finds the "bloody cupboard" where Bagshot was murdered. I'm sure we can see this in one of the TV spots when Hermione opens a door and flies start buzzing around her.

It doesn't make sense if no blood is shown... Anyway PG-13 accepts some gore, Return of the King received that rating and, if i remeber correctly, during some war scene a lot of characters are stabbed, impaled, decapitated etc...
