Could the Wizarding World be doubling in size within the next 12 months?

It seems that the WW is sending out questionnaires to past guests to see if they'd be interested in coming back if they doubled the size in 12 months. There had been a story about expanding in the next 2-3 years but this be really cool if it happened sooner
