Wizarding World Expansion?
From MuggleNet:
If you've visited the Wizarding World of Harry Potter theme park at Universal Orlando, you likely passed through The Lost Continent area of the Islands of Adventure. It's the area right before the Wizarding World if you're entering via the Hogwarts Express entrance.
You probably flew right through it because you were too excited to get to The Wizarding World. Upon passing it again as you left The Wizarding World (filled with Butterbeer), you probably looked around The Lost Continent and thought 'meh'.
You're not the only one who gave it a meh. And it looks like Universal agrees too. MuggleNet reader Kelsey tells us she was on a tour of the park the other day when a Universal guide told her that within the next two or three years The Wizarding World would expand and replace The Lost Continent.
In my opinion, The Lost Continent is begging to be replaced. Potter could do so much better in that area. And this is in line with a number of strong rumors we've heard that say Universal has an agreement with Warner Brothers insisting on new additions to The Wizarding World in two to three years.
So, this means we could see an addition to the park opening possibly as early as Summer 2012. If it were to open then, Universal certainly has some plans in the works right now. What would YOU like to see added to The Wizarding World?
These rumors seem quite interesting. I think the largest criticism of the WW was the fact that it was too small and crammed. If they expanded, I'm sure there would be more rides, more merchandise, room to breathe, and a larger experience altogether. I'd like to see plenty more amazing rides and attractions; what about you guys?

Then Disneyland has California Adventure as a companion park whereas Disney World has Epcot, Hollywood Studios, Animal Kingdom, not to mention all that World of Sports, water parks, and Downtown Disney goodness.
People are nuts over there. No thanks.

The dragster is insane. It is supposed to make it over that really high curve, but it doesn't always make it and then you fall backwards on it. That is not supposed to happen. It is crazy.
R
Wow that sounds simply incredible.

Now THAT is scary. Shouldn't they be doing something to fix that LOL? And I heard that Cedar Point has like, either the tallest or fastest roller coaster in the world...? Or maybe the country?
R
Yep, why?
It used to have the fastest. I think the dragster. It goes crazy fast to try and make it over that curve. I am not sure if it still is or not though.
Wow you must be taking some serious Elixir of Life

And Magic Kingdom is a xerox copy of Disneyland, not the other way around! Disneyland was there first. :D
As for the WWoHP expansion, it sounds pretty cool. I don't think there should be any more shops, but maybe a underground Indiana Jones style Gringotts ride based on that part from DH? I think it's a good idea....
