Logically the scene will be this:
Dursleys preparing to leave,Petunia is sad.They say goodbye and maybe Vernon asks if this is necessary.Harry says that they have to go,because of Voldemort.As they leave,Dudley may say something like 'why doesn't he come with us?', and there may be a brief moment between Harry and Dudley. They eventually leave.
I don't think it'll be longer than 3 minutes.Just a farewell scene for the Dursleys and their roles in the film series.

For Deathly Hallows, Leaky are saying that the Horcrux plot is covered by a series of dreams/visions/memories. They also said that there will be flashes of the previous films, including Dumbledore falling from the Astronomy Tower and Tom Riddle giving us background information. Slughorn is also featured. However, they did not actually state how these visions came about.
Now, I think that the Horcrux plot will be shown on screen with Harry touching the Locket Horcrux and therefore a sequence of dreams/visions/memories flash by in his mind. This was done in HBP, with the ring. Harry touched the ring and he saw visions of Nagini and Riddle ripping his soul apart. He also did that 'neck turn' afterwards. It's like the soul inside Harry was 'connecting' with the soul inside the ring.
So, given that happened in HBP, I think that it's possible it will happen in Deathly Hallows. It should also look good cinematically.

Leaky also said that Snape is not shown to curse Georges ear. The twin is carried, already injured, into the Weasley house after the battle. Also, Luna's room doesn't make an appearance in the film.

There are many moments in the film where either Ron or Hermione catches the other looking at them. It is obvious that they are both ready to go down that road, but neither seems to want to make the first move because they are not sure of the other. There is one great moment at the wedding where Hermione is dancing with Krum until a supermodel-looking witch walks by and fully captures Krums attention. Ron is in the background watching all this, of course, and he and Hermione then share a Im not looking at you head turn moment away from each other. When he leaves, it is obvious that he is jealous of what he sees as the relationship Harry and Hermione have formed.
The dont explicitly mention PotterWatch, but the wizarding wireless does play a part in the tent scenes, for Ron is always turning the dial trying to get a stronger signal. The song just sort of comes on the radio though static and fuzz as Harry is fiddling with the dials after Ron leaves.
