Love the new promos! It looks like the snitch is floating in front of Harry in one of them.
Hermione looks really beaten up! I was thinking it could be after malfoy manor but I don't see the cut on her neck from Bellatrix's knife. I guess it could be at any point during the movie

According to what they were saying at Mugglenet, they think it's where he's following Bathilda Bagshot up the stairs at her house. But then again, it looks like the cases with the dead house elves going up the stairs.

I LOVE THE PIC WITH THE SNITCH!! it confirms that the stone will be in the snitch and it means all those rumored changes to DH are FAKE. This is a huge relief to me im very happy i can stop worrying now

She's not wearing the coat that she wears when being chased by the Snatchers, or in the little bit of the clip of her in Malfoy Manor when she screams and runs toward Ron. So I'm thinking it's not Malfoy Manor.

In the clip of Ron and Harry yelling and fighting each other in the tent, Hermione has a sweater/hoodie type jacket on. It's fairly similar to the one in this new pic of her. I don't know for sure. But I'm thinking the pic may be around the time after the Ministry break-in but before Malfoy Manor. Maybe around the time that Ron leaves or when Harry and Hermione visit Godric's Hollow

That's my guess.

The snitch is out of focus with the concentration of the shot being on Harry. With the Snitch in focus it's hard to see its wings because they move so fast so I'm assuming since it's out of focus we just can't see them at all.

i think the snitch pic is after scrimgeour gives them the contents of dumbledore,s will but before the wedding. Harry looks to clean to have it be while there on the run

Some of the peoples over in the mugglenet forums are figuring out that this snitch pic is probably around Grimmauld Place. Harry is wearing the same shirt that he's wearing when they go to infiltrate the Ministry. I like this, because we get to see Harry studying the snitch even after it's been given to him at the Burrow.
