IT WAS WHEN Harry and them were trying 2 get into hogwarts and the gates were locked and I didn't c the wedding . The ministry their was a small duel and hermmione screaming.

I don't think they will show much of the Ministry scenes just because the trio are polyjuiced so they will be like who are these people.

Anyone see Snape just standing and looking into the camera? He seemed a bit ruffled and he was standing in the exact same place where he was against the patterned window in the trailer. So, it still could be his death if he is standing and looking into the camera, just before Nagini attacks.

And here's the behind the scenes of the Big Battle at Hogwarts. One can assume that Ron and Hermione are sad because It has just been announced that Harry is dead (I would have thought possibly Fred but that was the night before and this is clearly day). Also, it's the same setting from that scene in the trailer of Ron casting a spell to protect Hermione.

Also, Notice how the "good guys" are being pushed back into the entrance that leads to the Great Hall. There's still hope we'll have some battle in there (since Helena confirmed she duels on a table in the great hall and dies there).

I wouldn't count on anything being 'night' or 'day'. Sometimes they film a night scene in the daytime, so they will add more in post production. I think Hermione is comforting Ron after Fred dies.
