Predict DH ratings' reasons

We are 99% sure that both DH parts will be rated PG-13, however, what reasons for the ratings will be given for each part?

I'm guessing for the first part: PG-13 for sequences of fantasy violence and action, some scary images and brief sensuality.

Rated 12A for Fantasy violence, moderate threat, some sensuality and disturbing scenes.

Really don't know about Part II.

I am pretty sure Part 2 will be PG-13. The question is whether or not Part 1 will be PG or PG-13. It depends on what they want. I think it could go either way. If they want it to be PG i think they could do it. If they want it to be PG-13 i think they could do that also.

I think aaron's guess really does fit, I think the rating would be also "for language" for this part for obvious reasons.

no i dont think so but its pretty much a forgone conclusion that it will be pg13. do ratings really matter? i mean if its pg will we not go see this movie? i think not i personally dont care what its rated ill still go see it. its going to be Legendary!!!!
