Evanna wants to play Britney Spears in a Biopic
How does one go from a sweet heart-warming witch to a sexy pop icon? 'Harry Potter 'star, Evanna Lynch says she'd love to take it on!
Pop princess Britney Spears is known as one of the biggest and best contributors to the music industry and has pumped out hit after hit year after year. However, along with the glitz and glamour, she also faced plenty of hardships over the course of her fame, including a public meltdown.
While the media may have turned against Britney, Harry Potter star Evanna Lynch (who plays Luna Lovegood in the series) sees her as a strong and brave woman and says she’d love to play Spears in a biopic. “People laugh when I say this but I would love to play Britney Spears in a movie. She's complicated and I just relate to her.”
The entertainment industry is full of personas, and rarely do we get to see the raw version of celebrities. Evanna adds, “There are so many pop stars out there at the moment and I just think they've just got their image thing so planned to a T. Say, Lady Gaga, I like her and I like her music but I don't relate to her because she has this image and she's weird and perfect, whereas Britney is rich and cool and beautiful, but has also shown her vulnerable side and had a breakdown in front of the whole world.”
I must say she’s got a point! It seems like Britney has been through it all. She’s gone through a public divorce, gave birth to two children, went through a custody battle, was rumored to be addicted to drugs, shaved her head, was committed to a psych ward, and was placed under conservatorship of her father – all the while being drag through the mud by the media and making chart-topping music. It’s easy to see how Evanna would find her intriguing and commend her for her bravery.

Mysterious thing time.
Its a sculpture bust of Luna, and they actually scanned Evanna to capture the likeness perfectly haha. Its one of my favorites that I own
