Super Bowl weekend film, same release date as The Women In Black, interesting storyline.
So what do you think? The story has a weird sense of originality to it... But will the movie leave people satisfied?

Seriously, this delay with movies over here is really getting out of control! The Help, Moneyball, Drive are all on Blu-ray over there in the US and here they haven't even come out in theaters!
One of my friends wants to see TWIB.
Other has been obsessing about Chronicle for a while, lmfao. I'm gonna see both

"People flying" concept in New York City to promote the film...pretty astonishing.

Already planned with a friend; we're watching it on Saturday
Chronicle made me cry
Woman in black made me terrified of horror movies
The scene with the drug dealers is probably my favorite:
the ending climax got a little over the top but i like the trio of young actors, andoverall it was quite funny and even sad attimes but i agree with what lovegoodowl says too.
Actually, I'm still thinking about the movie. It really moved me. It's so sad and tragic... I left the theater a little depressed and I'm still thoughtful.
I liked the complexity regarding Andrew's personality. Funny enough, the movie resembles me of Carrie. My friend left the theater saying that Andrew was a douchebag, that he deserved what he got. I would say that I felt really sorry for him.
Anyways, the movie was so disturbing to me. Next to We Need to Talk About Kevin, it is the most disturbing movie I've watched this year.

I haven't even watched the original yet, but yeah
OMG I wanna watch this so bad...
I just can't believe that the critic called Chronicle a super-hero movie. The movie is an allegory, a metaphorical view about the teenage years. It annoys me that people are facing it as something just for the sake of entertainment. The movie has so much to say and it message is much deeper than it appears. I'm glad I can see this movie as something much bigger than just a piece of action entertainment.
