Re: Official Fantastic Beasts Thread - TEASER TRAILER RELEASED
Mugglenet has posted that WB has taken trademarks for Quidditch Through the Ages, Tales of Beedle the Bard and more...
According to a new article, it has been revealed to us that Warner Bros. has added some MAJOR Harry Potter trademarks to their family.
Just over two weeks ago, we reported that Warner Bros. has expanded their creative partnership with J.K. Rowling to produce and deliver a new series of films called Fantastic Beasts, that will document the life of Newt Scamander, the author of the schoolbook Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them. Now, we are learning that Warner Bros. has added the following Trademarks to their possession: Quidditch Through the Ages, Newt Scamander, Wimbourne Wasps, Chudley Cannons, Kennilworthy Whisp (author of Quidditch Through the Ages), and Tales of Beedle the Bard.
Additionally, Warner Bros. reserves the rights with these trademarked names in the following areas:
Entertainment services in the nature of live-action, comedy, drama, animated and reality television series; production of live-action, comedy, drama, animated and reality television series; distribution and display of live-action, comedy, drama and animated motion picture theatrical films; production of live-action, comedy, drama and animated motion picture theatrical films; theatrical performances both animated and live action; internet services providing information via an electronic global computer network in the field of entertainment relating specifically to music, movies, and television; providing general interest news, entertainment, and educational information via a global computer network; and providing information via an electronic global communications network on the subject of live-action, comedy, drama and animated motion picture films and television programs; and production of live-action, comedy, drama and animated motion picture films for distribution via a global computer network; entertainment services, namely, an ongoing multimedia program series featuring live-action, animated, comedy and drama for distribution via a global computer network; entertainment services, namely, providing computer games online and in mobile wireless form, providing temporary use of non-downloadable computer games, and providing temporary use of non-downloadable video games; production of video and computer game software; provision of information relating to electronic computer games provided via the Internet; providing a website featuring non-downloadable publications in the nature of comic books, strategy guides, fiction books, audio books, children’s books, coloring books, graphic novels, magazines; publication of books, comic books, strategy guides, fiction books, audio books, children’s books, coloring books, graphic novels, magazines; publishing of electronic publications.
This news comes as no surprise, but is VERY exciting as it could mean additional film opportunities for the franchise in numerous ways. While we certainly hope for even more movies of the wizarding world, this news DOES NOT mean that Warner Bros. will in fact make anything other than the Fantastic Beasts film series, but we can certainly hope they make more films.

Re: Why was Henrick Banned...?
To be honest, it was about time he was banned. He's incredibly rude.
